Have you checked out the list of reasons why something is not visible? It started at 33 and the actual total varies depending on who you talk to.

Check out the list to see all the possibilities and tell us what you've eliminated as the cause or just share the model for a definitive answer instead of guesses.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Modify tab=>Uncut Geometry=>Select Column and select Wall. Repeat for each Wall.

Also, you can use Unjoin and Switch Join Order Tools.

Stopping columns from automatically joining walls | Search | Autodesk Knowledge Network

Optional: change the Column and/or Wall Material Cut Pattern/Color

Why not use Structural Columns? Architectural columns are more appropriate for furred out, decorative applications.

Control your dicipline (arc-st-coord. etc.) / click modify , try to cut geometry with cut options in modify.

Maybe you can prefer st.column.
