Architecture and structure model!

Hello guys, hope you are all doing well,

We are experiencing a new way of work sharing in our office, which is the linking files instead of working in one central file due to lag issues, In the previous method that we were using, the central file make everyone model his own elements, I mean the structural engineer will model his structural walls, columns, beams .. etc.

and as an architect, I just model wall finishing, floor finishing, and going on.

so by the quantity phase, we were facing no problems, but now as using the linking method! how we should manage the model in a way that won't affect the quantity phase! because of the concept design, my model has walls floors and many architectural elements, should I delete them when he finishes his modeling?

So what I need to know, what are the best practices in this situation?.

how can I manage my model to suit his structural elements!.

Best regards.

You can filter your quantity schedules by phase (with phase filter) and including or not linked model.
