Arched windowpane family with mullions

I'm creating a window pane family that I will nest into a window family. I would also like create mullions for the window that flex with the dimensions of the window as well as the number of mullions specified by the parameter.

Because the mullions are arrayed the problem comes up is how to trim the overextensions (see image below). I was thinking of using a void to trim all of them but it doesn't seem to work. Is there any workaround besides using the curtain wall tool?

Void is a good solution. What is the problem you are having with it?

....open this family and see how Marvin Windows does it.
