Apartment Schedule

Hi

I'm trying to create a room schedule for a series of apartments I am working on. The issue I am facing is I want the room name and area to be individual with each apartment in the schedule. How do I achieve this? The red being apartment 1 and the blue being apartment 2 in the attached photo.

Not understanding the issue you are facing?   Do you want the Schedule to have a different Sorting/Grouping format?

Yes, maybe I worded the question incorrectly. Basically, If I am to tag the rooms in the blue apartment, they will all merge in the schedule. I want Revit to identify each apartment as separate entities.

Then create 2 Schedules -- one for each via Filtering one out of the other.
