Any way to change the "Read Convention" of some dimensions, but, not all?

We have our Dimension Style's Read Convention" set at "Left, then Up", which works fine for most dimensions.

But, if we're dimensioning an object that runs from the Upper-Left of the display to the Lower-Right, the text reads upside-down.

Is there a way to correct this?
