Analytical properties greyed out

Hi!

Does someone know why the analytical properties gets greyed out?
How can I unlock them?
(want to enter the U-value)

The properties are calculated based on the roof compound layers.

Because they are values that are DRIVEN by the layers defined for the roof and the properties of the specific materials used therein.

oh...so the solution is to "edit the material".  I was close.
