Looking for function such as Revit add in "Align". Is such advanced software as Revit 2025 really missing the function of align and distribute objects on selection, or am I missing something here??

You do have an Align Tool - Modify Tab > Modify Panel

You also have Array but not 100% what type of distribution you need?

Why are you assuming that it is missing before asking the question?

Thanks Jay, but yes, not really the function I was looking for.

Got this add in for 2024: https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=2903508825431715905&appLang=en&os=Win64

Let's just hope they make it for 2025 as well 🙂

Not a native english speaker. Is it strange to say "is it missing or am I missing it"? My assumtion is the question of either it is missing or I am missing it. Am I missing something here?

What exactly are you looking to do with what kind of elements?

Please have a look at this add in: https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=2903508825431715905&appLang=en&os=Win64

First "screenshots and videos" does exactly what I am looking.

The native align tool does not offer those additional options. I'd expect that the source of the add-in will provide support for 2025 but there is usually a delay after the release because they have to make sure there are no changes to Revit's API for 2025 that their application does not understand yet.

The native Align tool has a Multiple option but it requires you to select the "good" element and then click on each other element to move them into alignment.

You can most of what the addin does using the multiple option in the current Align Tool and they have released an update to Aligned Text in 2025

While waiting for the add-in developer to release a version for 2025, you can use the native Align tool in Revit to align elements, then use EQ dimension tool in Revit to space them equally.
