Aerated Fountain

Does anyone know how to make an aerated fountain spray for a pond or have a family they are willing to share? Something like this:

Well, the larger point was that you might be able to find a skp file on-line. Dunno.  Search around. You might get lucky.  

...also, you might get there in Revit using a Material. Insert Image under Appearance Tab.  Or maybe use as a Decal. Dunno.  Never thought much about it.
