adjusting MODEL patterns on a modified floor slab

When a floor is modified, and points set with ‘Z’ values, the patterns do not line up & When use the Align command Revit does not modify adjacent patterns to suit the desired direction, so how to adjust MODEL patterns on a modified floor slab

I don't have 2021 any more, but for this case i prefer to use Roof By Extrusion and Vertical Opening as the example:

@yulia02801 you need to select model pattern instead of drafting pattern in the selected hatch pattern to give you access to align individual lines and control the way the pattern is visible.
