Adjusting ceiling deletes/moves all fixtures and dimensions

Please see attached revit file of the ceiling isolated. I have to make changes to my ceilings and when I do all my light fixtures and dimensions get deleted or moved for no apparent reason. It mentions constraints are not met but for instance here I'm only trying to delete this section which doesn't affect any constraint:

@gnarkill283  - before  editing the ceiling, select all the light fixtures and then pin them (Modify>>Pin). They will not move when the ceiling is edited.

 Boy, that was easy! Just do what @Sahay_R said and then call it a day.
