Adjustable revision cloud sizing

I was working on a project in my company where, you would click to start a revision cloud line. After starting the line it would give you the option to "scale' or chose the size of the revision cloud. I understand how to change the overall size of the revision cloud. I just don't understand how to adjust or scale the cloud size on the fly. I was hoping to get more insight on figuring this out. 

The picture below is for reference, I understand how to change the overall arc length, I am just asking if there is a way to have it adjustable.

Project's Arc Length is it.

Draw it manually with various length segments.

Use line tool, not box, when draw the cloud sketch.

oh, I get what you're saying.  Kind of silly; don't you think?  It's a Revision Cloud for crying out loud, not an artistic endeavor.  

...btw, @Anonymous ; you do know that you can use other shapes, including polygons for Revision Clouds; right?

Not really. Sometime you need to cloud something that requires smaller arcs such as a schedule row or a few cells...
