I want to move my grid line 20mm horizontally so the walls/floor connected to the grid line also are moved 20mm. Is that possible?

Anything Aligned and Locked to Grids will move with Grids.

Constrain the walls and the boundary sketch line of the floor to the grid line by dimensions with padlock locked.
