Adding Price of the material automatically

Hello,

   I am working on Revit Architecture and i am adding the price of materials in the schedule manually. Can i add them automatically according to the market rate? Please show me the pathway so that i can able to do so.

Unfortunately not without the assistance of Dynamo which can get the information from another source and import into Revit or a a third party addin.

Yes, you could link a parameter to an excel spreadsheet which drives prices/costs etc.

The way I have seen Revit used is to export the Schedule into Costing Software or a coating software linked to Revit such as CostX
