Adding a comment to a selection

Dear All, I am in hurry as i am submitting a project, my project is a mirror of 3 villas and i want to Comment on each by its name, but when i select the whole villa, i don't get the comment option

hello, what do mean you want to comment? you can use annotate > text. thanks

The built-in Comment Parameter is an INSTANCE Parameter. Not every element  has a Comment Parameter. You have 130 elements selected in your screenshot. You need to Filter out those elements that to not have a Comment Parameter.  Use your Filter Tool and remove those categories from the selection set.
