Add label for project info in project

There has to be a way to do this in Revit. I have APN number in my projects in a few places. Once on the site plan and twice on the title block. I'd like to make a label that references this parameter in the project. This way I can just type in my APN once and it will update everywhere. Thanks.

What about adding APN to the Project Information?

You may want to use Shared Parameter

Add the same shared parameter in the titleblock and now you are able to type in value and it will update in your titleblock
