Activation of Autodesk Products

Hi there，

This is Kun， I recently registered for the student licensing and received an email of confirmation (with no serial number). I believe it is a networking license, but it seems there is an issue with my license with both Revit and AutoCAD.  I've been using the free trial for a few weeks, but now the trial is about to end, and I'm not still able to activate these products. Does anyone have similar issues or who should I contact? Thanks

There is no more serial number. It's all about User ID and Password now. 

...sign into your Autodesk Manage Account.

I did sign in my Autodesk ID and Password, nothing changed
