About error on loading family in Revit.

I have using my autodesk ID to log in two computers, one is my home, other one is my office. My home computer is fine to running Revit software.

However, when I load family in my office's computer, it always show error. I would like to know is that my office's computer has a problem? Thanks.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have install the Revit 2023 software in two computers, one is my home
computer, and other one is my office computer.

For my home computer, it is fine and no any problems to running this
software.

However, when I insert any families during this software in my office
computer, it would shown error.

I make sure I have install all content library for both computers. Please
let me know how can I solve this problem, thanks.
