Using A360 Collaboration for Revit 2015 with latest updates - I have a user experiencie the issue below twice. Anyone else having these issues? I have 4 other people in our office working with the same model and they have not had this problem.
My local file has been unable to save to local or to sync with the Autodesk 360-hosted central model on two different occasions in the last week. On both occasions, I received the same error message – “Your local file is not compatible with the central model.” (Please see attached for a full copy of the text.) The attempt to save/sync that failed today was within 2 and a half hours of my previous sync and other team members with similar time between synchronizing with central were able to successfully sync in the interim. I only mention it, because it does not seem like so many changes were made between my attempts to save that it prevented others from syncing as well. Both times the error has occurred, I have had to exit revit, do a save as on the local model and copy the changes back into the central file which has not been effective for hosted elements. My machine was up to date with all critical updates prior to the incidents.
