A magic table trick

I am quite a veteran AutoCAD and Revit user but I have never heard of this trick how to "draw" a Revit table with just the plus and minus keys. Are there more deeply hidden gems like this in Revit or AutoCAD?

Cool. Just tested. Works as advertised. Now I just need to find an application for it.
