3D view not working

I am having a problem with one of my files, where the 3D view and selection box are not working. If I have an existing 3D view with a section box and I adjust it, this happens. I am in Consistent colors mode but most of the model appears as hidden lines. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Possibly I have the same plug-in. Maybe that explains the issues I'm having with your file.

Your survey point and project base point are too far away from each other and probably from the internal origin. Turn them on you will see.
