3D VIEW NOT VISIBLE

Not applicable

whenever i open the 3d default view it appears like the image shown.

i have tried cropping the region and recreating 3d views but so far nothing is working

when i zoom in on this the3d view is visible but as soon as i try to move the angle a lil bit , the whole view becomes invisble and i come back to the same page as shown in the image

i have student version of autocad 2017

Do you really use the plain AutoCAD? Or any vertical product?
Please upload the dwg.

The screenshot you are showing is Revit, not AutoCAD 😉

Autocad 2017 or Revit 2017?  If you have a linked in Autocad file open it and see if you have artifacts that are further outside the range of your main model.  Also try turning off all links and zoom extents to see if that is indeed the culprit.
