3d perspective camera

I am having issues with creating perceptive views when using the camera tool.

I believe the problem is that the camera is set to produce two-point perspective views

I want to produce single point perspective (true perspective) but i can not find how this setting is changed if possible at all.

Is the one below 1-point or 2-point perspective?

1-point or 2-point perspective pertain to the objects themselves.  Say if a box placed parallel to the camera plane then it only has 1 focal point aka 1-point perspective.  If the box is not parallel to the camera plane then it has 2 focal points aka 2-point perspective.  You can totally have 1-point and 2-point objects in a single view.

So how you place the camera and the target point is critical.  See the example, the camera plane has to perfectly parallel with the front walls.

Ok so I am placing my camera as shown in the first picture

the second picture is the 3d view generated

then going back to the plan to see the camera 'extents' and it is super wide, not what i set it to begin with

I am wondering how i can edit this 'width'
