3D Model appears all Grey with no Materiality When Rendered

I have tried Lumion and Enscape to render my revit  2022 model, yet it appears all grey with no materials shown (Even though there are plenty of materials applied throughout the model) even the glass won't show as transparent. This model is pretty basic and even Revit's own basic renderer won't show any materials - not even any of its own generic textures (like CMU, glass, ACT, etc). Realistic view does not show anything either. I am not sure if this is a Revit 2022 issue or not but my model for now is stuck as all one grey color.

Set your View Phase Filter to "Show Complete".  That help?

There is a problem with the render setting when I select the paint or material. I cannot select any wall, and the render button is disabled. I've tried all the YouTube videos, but still no luck.

Hi, I have the same issue but it happens when I set the phase filter to "view complete". How can I show materiality whilst being in the "view complete" phase filter?

Manage > Phasing > Phase Filters > Shoe Complete row > Set New and Existing columns to By Category, Demolish and Temporary to Not Displayed.
