3d Legend Components?

Is it possible to have 3D legend components like below in addition to the standard plan and elevation views?

Select a 3d View (locked View) >Duplicate (as Legend) in  a Section Box >select the object then >Selection Box to zoom in > Isolate the object> Make Parts and Edit them.

You can create Assembly from the element and have Assembly 3d view.
