Rebar Dimension

Hi everyone!

Is it possible to calculate the length parameter of the rebars not from the outside but from the inside?

What about changing the cover dims?  Or are just wanting Revit to report it differently. I'm pretty sure that's not possible.  If this is for scheduling, you could get there via Calculated Parameter though.
