Anybody have any idea why when exporting to a 3D DWF from Revit I get multiple instances of the other linked Revit models included the file?

Hi @Anonymous

Can you try an audit and purge and see if the issue occurs again?

I look forward to hearing from you!

Removing all the design options from both files didn't resolve the issue. Yes, you're welcome to look at the files, where can I send them? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

I've shared a private upload folder with you.

Please upload your journals, Revit files and other files we need for diagnosis using the collector extractor folder I've uploaded here. Let me know if you have any questions.

Please see article: Revit - Collecting and sending diagnostic data to Autodesk Technical Support

Let me know if you have any questions and when you are done with the uploading.

Regards,

Hi, I've copied the journal files etc into the shared folder but I don't seem to be able to copy my Revit files to the same folder?

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for uploading!

I received your files. Can you also share a screencast so it will help me reproduce your issue with the exact same steps and file a problem report to investigate further?

Thanks again for your response!

Hi @Anonymous

Its been a while, so I'm sharing an update with you:

The issue is in progress and development is looking at your files. They have requested for another screencast since the one you've shared isn't clear. You'll have to fix the red border before you start recording (particularly if you've got multiple monitors)
