2019 REVIT NOT RESPONDING ON START UP

Hi Guys,

I had 2018 Revit on my laptop and has been working fine for months now. but today I opened a drawing and it just loads, and if i click on the drawing im getting No Response and have to close down the drawing.

I have updated to 2019 LT and I am getting the same issue, which probably means it may laptop, which is brand new and has loads of memory left and all updates have been done.......

Any Suggestions??

can you verify if your Revit is using the dedicated graphics card on your machine if you have one?

is this happening with only 1 particular Revit model or any model?

was there a Windows Update or Revit update prior to the "Not Responding" issue?
