2 set revisions - One for project and one for sheets

I am working with a project where I need to show 2 set revisions.

I want to show revisions that are specific for a sheet, only on the sheet.

And on a starting view I need to show the history of revisions, but simplified.

Example:

Sheet A101: There is 3 revision 1. Windows changed - 2. Wall moved - 3. Length changed. All this is ONE revision, revision A.

Therefore I want to show on my starting view the date and revisions letter.

Revision A - 30.07.2019

Revision B - 12.08.2019

... etc.

Is this possible?

Yes, add a new revisions with the detailed description with a date. Then add a revision cloud to your view or sheet with relative revision so the revision details will show up in the schedule in your titleblock. Create a sheet list with sheet name, current revision and date etc. and add it onto your cover sheet.

Wouldn't that give me the exact same output. Or maybe I misunderstood it.

My output should be 2 different schedules with 2 different types of informations.

Use different fields such as issued to or issued by to show the second set of description.
