2 Levels Not Showing in Section, But Only for One user

I have a user whose level 1 and level 2 datums are not showing up in a section. When I make a local file of the model, it does show up in the section for me. The two level datums were off to the right from the other level. I moved them left, and locked them with the other levels. I synchronized, she synchronized, and she still could not see them. Any idea what is going on wrong and where?

Quick question, are all datum levels assigned on a single worker? Have you checked if all the worksets for your colleague are visible?

Thanks for the response. It appears to have been a workset issue. I will wait for confirmation, then accept solution as solved.
