12"x48" Herringbone .pat file help t file help

I am trying to create the pattern 12"x 48" Herringbone .pat file. Please help. I need this floor pattern for an project I am working on. 

This is what I have but it did not work 

*Utility Brick Running Bond

45, 0,0, 12,12, 60,-36
135, 4.242640687,4.242640687, 12,-12, 60,-36

You are very close, this comes from HatchKit's Brick and Tile Wizard, rotated through 45 degrees:

*12x48Hbone,LEFT-HAND 12"x48" weave=1/1
;%TYPE=MODEL
135,8.4853,8.4853,12,-12,60,-36
45,0,0,12,12,60,-36
