It is possible to get an iffy solution to your question. When one determines the distance of a window tag placement from the centre of a wall, one can edit the window tag family to provide an offset.
However, When you are working with different wall thicknesses, the window tag will NOT automatically update for each and every wall thickness, as the wall thickness will affect the tag placement. So its not worth the effort in my opinion, unless you want to create a window tag with dedicated types for each wall thickness in your project.
I guess the best bet would be manually moving each tag to the center of a window or through the API? Maybe some users have a better workaround.
