Unable to open a shared project

I am using a shared project for a job that is shared to me through dropbox. Early last week I was able to open the project and explore with no problem. Late last week I was unable to open the project. It is giving me 2 error messages that I am unable to follow to correct the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
