Tooltiptextvideo not played in Revit 2019

Hi!

I created my application for Revit with video tooltiptext like a picture. In Revit 2019 my video does not work. But in Revit 2018 is work. I use *.swf format video.

Hello! I found out with this problem. I need to use format mp4 instead of swf.
