Slow and Delayed Revit

Hi all, I purchased a new Asus Rog Zephyrus Gaming Notebook (specs attached) relatively recently and im having terrible problems with it. Basically all my commands are delayed and just very slow in general on the autodesk software i use (navisworks, formit and revit). My home screen is also very slow however i sent it back to the manufacturer for repair and they stated that it was a software issue as it passed all the tests they ran. i will attach examples of both of these. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this laptop was not cheap.

Your welcome. Don't tell the manufacturer you installed  'AMD Ryzen™ Master Utility for Overclocking Control'.

Make sure you've uninstalled that and deleted the installer (and emptied your recycle bin).
