Revit application interface bugging out...

Using 2018.3 on a GEFORCE GTX 1060. Have been running Revit on this computer for a total of about 50 hours so far...have had no issues prior. It suddenly began to "bug out" and when I move across the ribbon the following happens (see screenshots. It's also interfering with button selection at affected areas, so workflow is gone. You have to click "through" the bug to active the button, sometimes several times. Anyone have any experience with this issue?
