Revit 2022 Login Failure

I am attempting to log in to Revit and it shows my access has expired, but it clearly shows on the website I have access for another year. When I close out of Revit it gives me the error of "The License Manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. Revit will shut down now." I have gone through all the troubleshooting solutions and none of them have worked. Any new solutions to this would be helpful. I have also factory reset my computer and still am having this issue. I am up to date on all system updates and am currently on windows 11.
