Hi All,
Hopefully, someone can help.
I have Revit 2018 on Windows 8.1 with Nvidia GeForce 840m as graphic card.
To install Enscape, I had to update my graphic card with the latest driver compatible: Game Ready Driver 456.71
Once installed, Revit crahes as soon a file is open with the following error message: "Video Driver error has occurred".
To use Revit now, I need to disable the graphic card from the control panel.
Any idea about how to sort out the issue?
All help is appreciated.
Many thanks
Davide

Unfortunately, this is not the best place to ask such a question.
Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.
Therefore, if you are not programming anything yourself using the Revit API, this is not the right place for this question.
Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to licensing, installation, product usage or end user support issues here.
You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:
The people there are much better equipped to answer your question than us programming nerds.
I hope this clarifies.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Best regards,
Jeremy
