RebarConstraint,set distance and plane

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to create rebar form rebarsharp.When I draw model by myself without code,I use rebar constraint to make sure the rebar is the right dimension and at the right place.However,I can not set rebar constraint by code,I tried to use SetDistanceToTargetHostFace Method,but it seemed not work.Is there any way to control it?

Sorry I don't have a "ready-to-use" sample, but please make sure the conditions are ok:

From the Revit help file:

RebarConstraint.SetDistanceToTargetHostFace Method
Sets the distance from the RebarConstrainedHandle to the target Host Element surface. The RebarConstraintType of the RebarConstraint must be 'FixedDistanceToHostFace.'
