Rebar Array Length in API does not match actual array length in model

I was testing a small app and find out that the rebar array length that was saved in RebarShapeDrivenAccessor does not match the actual array length in Revit model. This is the first time I have encountered this problem.

The value I got when apply dimesion in model is 3952mm or 12.966 ft.

The value I got from Revit Lookup and API is 3904mm or 12.808 ft.

I am using Revit 2019.2 if it helps. Please check out the attached file for more detail.

What are the reasons behind this?  Is there anything that I should know about Revit rebar?
