Random crash generating RFA

Hello, I have this automated process that generates RFA documents that crashes almost exactly at the same time, around the 200 families mark. It doesn't seem to be a syntax or code problem by itself, but I can't really make out what the error logs tell me. The last part of the logs read as follows:

' 1:< Managed exception occurred:
'C 21-Jul-2021 01:41:03.761; 1:< Cuota insuficiente para procesar este comando
'C 21-Jul-2021 01:41:03.761; 1:< ExceptionCode=0xe0434352 ExceptionFlags=0x00000001 ExceptionAddress=00007FFBACAC4ED9

' 1:< VM Statistics: 134177926 / 134217727 995=InUse 1006=Peak
' 2:< ::3865:: Delta VM: Avail -2 -> 134177926 MB, Used 995 MB; RAM: Avail +98 -> 10379 MB, Used +0 -> 1098 MB
' 2:< GUI Resource Usage GDI: Avail 9278, Used 722, User: Used 644245095213
' 2:< Revit worker 1 closed cleanly

'C 21-Jul-2021 01:41:04.595; 2:< logging finished worker services
'C 21-Jul-2021 01:41:04.596; 2:< logging erased queues
' 0.831661 2:<<<Terminating Slave Processes
' 1:< Exception occurred during Revit crash protection. UI might be locked. Unsaved document changes might be lost.

It seems it might be a VM problem as it is almost maxed out? I assume that's virtual memory or something like that.

Any help finding what the problem might be will be greatly appreciated. I'll also provide the complete logs.

Thanks in advance.

Remember that Revit is an end user product.

Do you have end users that create 200 families in a row without closing and restarting the session?

Please try that out first manually through the end user interface before attempting it programmatically.
