Is there any way to place rebar into column or framing part?

Hello:

      I am attempt to precast a balcony in Revit 2021，I‘d like to use part to make it,But I'm in trouble. As we know,rebar only can be placed in walls,floors and foundation slabs,and the merged parts can't be offset,as long as I offset any face, and then merge them,it can't place rebar . I'm so depressed about this limit.Is there any way to solve this?

      Let's go back to the balcony,this balcony is comprise with floor and structural framing,I wan't to transform sign element to part,and then merge them, the merged part is my favorite balcony,but it can't place rebar,why?I want place rebar in this part.it can be realize in later release?

Thanks for your answer.I am a developer,when I place rebar into a merged part(this part has offset a face),it will throw an error,this part is not a valid host.So I try it in the ui,it still not working.
