Is it possible to get Revit application from other external WPF application ?

• Is it possible to get Revit application from other external .Net / WPF application?
• My intention is to Process task in Revit from other application.
• If there is no straight forward solution,Can you suggest me any other work around method.

Dear Parthiban, 

Unfortunately, calling Revit from another application or running Revit out or process is not an officially supported scenario.  You will need to use an add-in running in the Revt to use Revit API.  I hope this explains.
