I can not load the Framework .NET 4.7 in Visual Studio.

My Visual Studio have the 4.71 framework .NET. When I try to build the solution I get an error. I should work in the same way using 4.71 .NET  instead of using 4.70 .NET?

I ran into the same problem, I think, when I started working with Revit 2020:

I installed the developer pack and support tools for the .NET framework 4.7.2.

I was unable to compile.

The problem was resolved when I installed the developer pack and support tools for the .NET framework 4.7 with no suffix, i.e., 4.7.0:
