Annotation Label Text disappearing

I need to create a label that reads two different parameter. However since the amount of text that can be inputted can grow, I need to create an offset to move the annotation to the side so that it does not overlap with the model when placed. The issue is that when I create the label and group it with a reference line so that I can constrain it and add and offset, the label appears to delete itself as soon as I map the dimension to my offset parameter or if I make any changes with any other parameter. It doesn't get moved or anything, it just deletes itself. I have attached the file, so you can test it yourself. Try adding any kind of parameter and see if the label doesn't disappear. I've already submitted a bug report for it but I'd like to know if anyone has encountered this issue before and if there is a workaround

Never mind, I found the answer. Revit apparently doesn't like having shared parameters in its labels. So long as the second parameter attached to the label is not a shared parameter, it will not have any issues.
