Aha. Well, that should be easy, assuming that you understand the Revit category and style settings hierarchy:

I already know the value of the red part, but I want to get the value of the blue part through the value of the red part,thank you!

Have you used RevitLookup to explore the contents of the Revit database in the appropriate locations? Basically, everything that can be accessed through the API can also be seen in RevitLookup, and that will also show you the path to retrieve it programmatically.
