Get the block name of DWG with revitapi

How to get the block name through revitapi。

It looks like 2018 added some new stuff for working with links.  See the "Link API Additions" here:

Maybe if you search the revit help file for some of the keywords listed, you will find a way.

It looks as if there is no way to get the name of the block.
