Error installing add-in in revit 2020

Hi, in our company we used an add-in made by us that we install and works without problems in revit 2019.

We tryed to install it in revit 2020 and we had no problem, but when we run it, this message of error apears:

"Error Checking Latest Version".

Is this a commun error or an error that needs further analysis?

Hi @Anonymous ,

you should update your .dll file from Revit 2019 to Revit 2020.

You can't expect the same .dll file from Revit 2019 to work in Revit 2020 because there will be some API changes from 2019 to 2020. So you need to make some changes.

I cannot open Revit 2020 on my Parallels 10.  I get an licence error message.  I have not used Revit 2020 for the past 2 months.  Please help me open my software.  Thank you
