Element.SetParameterByName Warning: Internal error, please report: Dereferencing

Does anyone know why I'm getting this error or how to fix it? I followed all the steps and the script and excel file are right and quite simple, but I don't know why I get that one error.

The input element was disconnected from the next node. There was null input, that’s why I got the error. But this time it runs fine, but makes 25 doors all the same size, the size of the last one on the list in excel. Any ideas why?
