Since "Create wall " were been discover for several time as the link show below:

But my requirement is what if I select one or multi element => run the API =>"wall (or kind of element)have to intact contain all element been select inside"

Is it achievable?

Yes, sure. Just determine the extents of all the elements of interest and create a wall around them.

If axis aligned walls are OK, you could just use the collective bounding box of all the elements.
