Cannot run the external application error

I have facing problem in this error after creating manifest file to run the api,Please suggest me to come out from this.

Dear Vinay,

I would suggest that you work through the Revit API getting started material from scratch, escpecially the DevTV and My first Revit plug-in tutorials:

Then you will understand the inssue in depth and be able to resolve it yourself.

By the way, I almost never create any add-in manifest files manually, because the Visual Studio Revit add-in wizards take care of that for me automatically:
